1920's Revived
This project started out by removing several previous additions added in the 50's & 60's. We took the home back to the original footprint which dated back to 1920. On the first floor we added a new open kitchen, family room, full bath and a rebuilt garage with side porch. The second floor boasts a remodeled full bath, a new master bath and a new study accessed off the master bedroom.
As this project evolved we freshened up every aspect of this home. New paint inside and out, refinished hardwood floors throughout, replaced the driveway and solved a water drainage problem in the rear yard.
Many quality products were used in the transformation of this historic home with Marvin Windows, granite countertops, Kohler and Blanco plumbing fixtures. Throughout this addition custom woodwork and built-in's reflect the era of the original home. This revived 1920's home in Granville Ohio is set up to endure the next 100 years.
